  • Creation and editing of delivery notes
  • Planning and coordination of timely and proper execution of orders, as well as coordination and management of resources
  • Support and consultation for freight forwarders and own truck drivers
  • Processing customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
  • Monitoring of inventory levels
  • Collaboration with internal departments and customers
